Cali Plug Carts have appeared all over California including the Bay Area and Los Angeles. We did a lot of research for this Cali Plug cartridge review and discovered no official announcements of any prefilled cartridge from them. After checking out their official cali plug website and instagram page, still, we couldn’t find any mention of cart. Parts of their website such as the shop page is incomplete without anything available for purchase. The website has images of merchandise such as sweaters but none available for sale.
